Not only was my room impeccably clean and comfortable but they helped me with reservations and sight seeing information. Tina personally responded to all of my questions quickly and made our booking ever so convenient. I plan to return to Kauai and plan to call Walter and Tina again and again.

Aloha Manor was a dream. A perfect place for a honeymoon. Right off the ocean and a perfect location for a short drive to excellent cuisine, events, and activities all over the island. Beautiful condo that was perfect for a honeymoon. The professionalism and service we received was immaculate. Great Hawaiian experience for us first-timers. Highly recommend!!!

Wow. If I could leave 10 stars for Tina from Blue Jade Real Estate I would! She is that good. I truly have never had a real estate agent that was so eager to get everything just right, like Tina did. She was responsive, thorough, dependable, passionate, personable, knowledgeable, efficient, and caring. Even though I was only able to afford a small property, she made me feel like I was always at the top of her list and the first in line, and she realized what a big deal this was to me personally! I really appreciate working with people like Tina who are good at what they do and enjoy it. It shows in the quality of work that she does. She exceeded all our expectations and we are so happy. We will never use a different realtor because she is so impressive!

It was a great experience selling our Dads home with Tina Funk. She walked us through all the details and was always just a phone call away for any questions. She went above an beyond in helping us get the house ready to sell and then the sale went quickly with no complications. We stayed with Tina and Walter and had the most wonderful experience! The accommodation was perfect! Clean, comfortable and tastefully done. The location was so convenient for everything and they were full of information on things to do and see. Their recommendations on resturaunts were excellent. Excellent experience. The place is awesome. The pool, the slides, the hot tubs... the happy hour drinks... Simply can't beat it. The location is perfect. It's close to everything. Walter goes above and beyond. Can't say enough great things about this place and the overall experience. Loved it.
