Wow. If I could leave 10 stars for Tina from Blue Jade Real Estate I would! She is that good. I truly have never had a real estate agent that was so eager to get everything just right, like Tina did. She was responsive, thorough, dependable, passionate, personable, knowledgeable, efficient, and caring. Even though I was only able to afford a small property, she made me feel like I was always at the top of her list and the first in line, and she realized what a big deal this was to me personally! I really appreciate working with people like Tina who are good at what they do and enjoy it. It shows in the quality of work that she does. She exceeded all our expectations and we are so happy. We will never use a different realtor because she is so impressive!

If you are looking for a beautiful island and a gracious host, give Walter and Tina a call. Not only was my room impeccably clean and comfortable but they helped me with reservations and sight seeing information. Tina personally responded to all of my questions quickly and made our booking ever so convenient. I plan to return to Kauai and plan to call Walter and Tina again and again.

Tina helped us buy our first house, and we could not have been happier with our experience. She made everything so smooth, and went above and beyond when circumstances changed. She was always there for us when we needed, and we would like to consider her our friend. Don't hesitate to reach out to her when you are looking for a new place to call home.

I cannot say enough about this property. Walter, who had just purchased the condo from Ryan, was incredibly friendly and helpful. His communication was top notch and made everything from check-in to check-out with my husband and three kids smooth and seamless. We arrived to a wonderful gift basket from Walter with local coffee, cookies, chocolates and other treats. A very nice touch. The unit itself is beautifully furnished with high end appliances and a great patio. The location is perfect, right on the beach. It is literally across the street from Safeway and Starbucks (I walked there every morning), many restaurants and a great place to rent snorkels. The pool on property is beautiful, a big hit with the kids...not to mention the several hot tubs. I will return to Kauai and will head straight back to Walter’s place. He was kind and incredibly accommodating. Don’t hesitate to stay here, it will not disappoint.

I stayed at Tina and Walter's AirBnB for both of my trips to Hawaii, and I definitely plan on staying there again in my future trips. Booking with them was extremely easy. The condo was clean and fresh, the furniture they had made you feel like you were in your own home, and they were only a phone call away if I had any questions during my stay. Aloha Manor was a dream. A perfect place for a honeymoon. Right off the ocean and a perfect location for a short drive to excellent cuisine, events, and activities all over the island. Beautiful condo that was perfect for a honeymoon. The professionalism and service we received was immaculate. Great Hawaiian experience for us first-timers. Highly recommend!!!

Walt and Tina are wonderful. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. They’ve been right on top of any needs we may have. It helps make our vacation that much more enjoyable. You can’t get better views! Such great accommodations. Highly recommend! Mahalo.

This was the perfect vacation condo for our family! So spacious with the perfect layout and size. We loved being able to see not only the ocean, but also the gorgeous green mountains from our room. We could even see a few waterfalls up on the mountains in the distance! Waipouli Beach resort in general is just gorgeous, has an absolutely amazing pool and restaurant, and the condo was just perfect to relax in after our busy days, or to make breakfast in before heading out for the day! We were even able to barbecue down by the pool, and walk right down to the beach whenever we wanted! Walter was absolutely amazing and super easy to work with after purchasing this condo from Ryan who we had booked with originally. He was always very prompt to answer all of my questions and super friendly! We were traveling with an infant and he was even able to quickly accommodate us with a pack n play! Can’t wait to go back again!

We stayed with Tina and Walter and had the most wonderful experience! The accommodation was perfect! Clean, comfortable and tastefully done. The location was so convenient for everything and they were full of information on things to do and see. Their recommendations on resturaunts were excellent.
