We stayed with Tina and Walter and had the most wonderful experience! The accommodation was perfect! Clean, comfortable and tastefully done. The location was so convenient for everything and they were full of information on things to do and see. Their recommendations on resturaunts were excellent. Not only was my room impeccably clean and comfortable but they helped me with reservations and sight seeing information. Tina personally responded to all of my questions quickly and made our booking ever so convenient. I plan to return to Kauai and plan to call Walter and Tina again and again.

I stayed at Tina and Walter's AirBnB for both of my trips to Hawaii, and I definitely plan on staying there again in my future trips. Booking with them was extremely easy. Very nice house with beautiful furniture. As close to the ocean as a house can get. So great to see waves crashing from the living room. We loved how the house is near the airport and so close to shopping, great beaches and restaurants. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. The pool is perfect for kids and the entire property is beautifully maintained. Can't wait to get back there!

Tina and Walter of Blue Jade Real Estate helped make our vacation amazing! The property we stayed at was on the Coconut Coast and the condo was outstanding! It was beautifully furnished, had everything we needed in each room, and a fabulous window wall off the great room that opened up so you could hear the ocean, the songbirds, and feel the gentle breeze. Everything was clean, well-stocked, and the grounds were beautifully manicured. Our contract for the condo was clear and accurate with no hidden or surprise fees. Tina and Walter were both available if we had any questions, and even gave us some of their favorite places to check out on the island. Overall, our stay was completely enjoyable because everything was exactly as it was advertised and of exceptional quality. I highly recommend booking your vacation rental through them!

Excellent experience. The place is awesome. The pool, the slides, the hot tubs... the happy hour drinks... Simply can't beat it. The location is perfect. It's close to everything. Walter goes above and beyond. Can't say enough great things about this place and the overall experience. Loved it.
