If you are looking for a beautiful island and a gracious host, give Walter and Tina a call. Not only was my room impeccably clean and comfortable but they helped me with reservations and sight seeing information. Tina personally responded to all of my questions quickly and made our booking ever so convenient. I plan to return to Kauai and plan to call Walter and Tina again and again.

We stayed with Tina and Walter and had the most wonderful experience! The accommodation was perfect! Clean, comfortable and tastefully done. The location was so convenient for everything and they were full of information on things to do and see. Their recommendations on resturaunts were excellent. Aloha Manor was a dream. A perfect place for a honeymoon. Right off the ocean and a perfect location for a short drive to excellent cuisine, events, and activities all over the island. Beautiful condo that was perfect for a honeymoon. The professionalism and service we received was immaculate. Great Hawaiian experience for us first-timers. Highly recommend!!!

It was a great experience selling our Dads home with Tina Funk. She walked us through all the details and was always just a phone call away for any questions. She went above an beyond in helping us get the house ready to sell and then the sale went quickly with no complications. What a relief to have her take care of it all , it's been such a positive experience' Thank You , Tina for all you did for us.

Tina and Walt were amazing! They made sure we felt welcome and right at home and knew where everything was. Not only on the property but on the island as well. We really enjoyed the time there during our family vacation and have great memories. We'd go back tomorrow if we could.

Very nice house with beautiful furniture. As close to the ocean as a house can get. So great to see waves crashing from the living room. We loved how the house is near the airport and so close to shopping, great beaches and restaurants. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. The pool is perfect for kids and the entire property is beautifully maintained. Can't wait to get back there!

Excellent experience. The place is awesome. The pool, the slides, the hot tubs... the happy hour drinks... Simply can't beat it. The location is perfect. It's close to everything. Walter goes above and beyond. Can't say enough great things about this place and the overall experience. Loved it.

This was the perfect vacation condo for our family! So spacious with the perfect layout and size. We loved being able to see not only the ocean, but also the gorgeous green mountains from our room. We could even see a few waterfalls up on the mountains in the distance! Waipouli Beach resort in general is just gorgeous, has an absolutely amazing pool and restaurant, and the condo was just perfect to relax in after our busy days, or to make breakfast in before heading out for the day! We were even able to barbecue down by the pool, and walk right down to the beach whenever we wanted! Walter was absolutely amazing and super easy to work with after purchasing this condo from Ryan who we had booked with originally. He was always very prompt to answer all of my questions and super friendly! We were traveling with an infant and he was even able to quickly accommodate us with a pack n play! Can’t wait to go back again!

I cannot say enough about this property. Walter, who had just purchased the condo from Ryan, was incredibly friendly and helpful. His communication was top notch and made everything from check-in to check-out with my husband and three kids smooth and seamless. We arrived to a wonderful gift basket from Walter with local coffee, cookies, chocolates and other treats. A very nice touch. The unit itself is beautifully furnished with high end appliances and a great patio. The location is perfect, right on the beach. It is literally across the street from Safeway and Starbucks (I walked there every morning), many restaurants and a great place to rent snorkels. The pool on property is beautiful, a big hit with the kids...not to mention the several hot tubs. I will return to Kauai and will head straight back to Walter’s place. He was kind and incredibly accommodating. Don’t hesitate to stay here, it will not disappoint.
