I cannot say enough about this property. Walter, who had just purchased the condo from Ryan, was incredibly friendly and helpful. His communication was top notch and made everything from check-in to check-out with my husband and three kids smooth and seamless. We arrived to a wonderful gift basket from Walter with local coffee, cookies, chocolates and other treats. A very nice touch. The unit itself is beautifully furnished with high end appliances and a great patio. The location is perfect, right on the beach. It is literally across the street from Safeway and Starbucks (I walked there every morning), many restaurants and a great place to rent snorkels. The pool on property is beautiful, a big hit with the kids...not to mention the several hot tubs. I will return to Kauai and will head straight back to Walter’s place. He was kind and incredibly accommodating. Don’t hesitate to stay here, it will not disappoint.

Walt and Tina are wonderful. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. They’ve been right on top of any needs we may have. It helps make our vacation that much more enjoyable. You can’t get better views! Such great accommodations. Highly recommend! Mahalo.

Tina and Walter of Blue Jade Real Estate helped make our vacation amazing! The property we stayed at was on the Coconut Coast and the condo was outstanding! It was beautifully furnished, had everything we needed in each room, and a fabulous window wall off the great room that opened up so you could hear the ocean, the songbirds, and feel the gentle breeze. Everything was clean, well-stocked, and the grounds were beautifully manicured. Our contract for the condo was clear and accurate with no hidden or surprise fees. Tina and Walter were both available if we had any questions, and even gave us some of their favorite places to check out on the island. Overall, our stay was completely enjoyable because everything was exactly as it was advertised and of exceptional quality. I highly recommend booking your vacation rental through them!

It was a great experience selling our Dads home with Tina Funk. She walked us through all the details and was always just a phone call away for any questions. She went above an beyond in helping us get the house ready to sell and then the sale went quickly with no complications. Excellent experience. The place is awesome. The pool, the slides, the hot tubs... the happy hour drinks... Simply can't beat it. The location is perfect. It's close to everything. Walter goes above and beyond. Can't say enough great things about this place and the overall experience. Loved it.

Not only was my room impeccably clean and comfortable but they helped me with reservations and sight seeing information.
